Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area; conference materials; certificate of attendance; coffee breaks; welcome reception on October 8; conference dinner on October 12 (essential to confirm your attendance to the welcome reception and conference dinner when registering) and visit of ALBA facility on October 13 (registering for the visit is mandatory as seats are limited to 250).
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area.

The total amount should be paid in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of Mondial & Cititravel Congresos and by one of the two following procedures:

Cancellations received before September 1, 2017 are subject to an administrative charge of €75. No refunds will be awarded on cancellations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the Technical Secretariat.
